Optin code has crashed every page after recent update

After the recent update - all pages with an option code are no longer working for mobile view…

it has now crashed the desktop view as well.

Hey @Dilligaf,

This is a problem with your opt-in form and not our theme. It has a fixed width so it’s not responsive.
