Hey! I built an opt-in for using WPForms. I dropped the short code in as Form Integration and Text. Neither method works. I end up with a narrow one column that displays hidden text.

It will be very difficult to recognize the problem without investigating the page where you are having this. I have checked the website listed in your Themeco Account, but the Under Construction is activated, and unable to check it. I would suggest you troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.
- Theme Related Issue
- Plugin Conflict
- Theme Update related issue
- Child Theme Related issue ** if you have activated it
- CSS/JS Customization
- Disabling Cache
If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps, you have to provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
– Specific URL where you have added this form.
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

The issue was: Layout Builder is not WYSIWYG. You have to preview the page in a new window to see an accurate preview.
