How can i get my submenu-items to open on mouse hover. They now only open on click.

Hey Martijn,
Regretfully, that is not an option offered in the Navigation Collapsed element. The element was designed mainly for a mobile device and there is no hover state in mobile.
What I can do is forward this as feature request so it might be taken into consideration in future product development cycles.
