Open specific accordion tab by URL, tried tutorials found, no luck

Hello,

Is there a specific method to open accordion items by URL?

For example, I want to open one of these accordions:

SEE URL IN PRIVATE LINK

I tried this: https://theme.co/apex/forums/topic/links-open-tabs-how-do-i-do-the-same-with-accordions/

It does not seem to be working and there is no ID matching a single number unless located elsewhere.
