Open Envira gallery after clicking on an image

Hi there,

I have a raw content element that consists of the following:

[envira-link id="190"]html-image-tag[/envira-link]

With that I want to achieve to open the Envira gallery by clicking on that image. It works nearly as I want it to work but for some reason I always have to close the gallery two times.

What is the reason herefore and how can I fix that?

I couldn’t replicate the issue you described on my end. Would you mind providing us with the info listed below?

  • Browser name and the version where this issue is happening.
  • URL of the page having the issue

Please also confirm that you have tested for following and nothing helps.

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/docs/product-updates for more details.

  2. If you’re using a caching plugin, clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins.

  3. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

  4. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  5. Remove custom CSS and Javascript codes in your site

  6. Switched to the parent theme if you’re using a child theme.

Also, give us WordPress Admin access in a Secure Note so we could check your Envira Gallery setup.
