Open cornerstone problem

HI,

This morning i tried to open cornerstone, but it keep appears loading and ask me to re-login because session is expired. I tried re-login several times, but the problem still there. I tried to clean history, cache, and Cookies, and it still same.

Can you help me on this?

Hi,

I believe that updating WordPress to the latest stable “version 4.9.6” should resolve this issue.

If not, then please provide us with WordPress Dashboard login details in a “Secure Note” so we can investigate this issue.

My Wordpress already in the latest version, which is 4.9.7. But seems the problem still there. I already share admin access in secure note, kindly check please.
