Open a pop up on click

Hello
I’ve created a pop-up window using the convert plus. But I want that pop-up should open when the user clicks on a specific button.
And I want to add a shortcode functionality in that pop-up & I need to add some custom php code too. Please let me know the way to achieve this.

Hey,
After a research I found that for opening a pop-up on button clicks I’ve to use the Modal event. I used that option. It is working fine as I want, but I need to change the icon of that modal button.
currently the button is the marked one in below image. I want to display that share node icon which is present above this.

Additionaly i’ve created this to get the product permalink so let me know if there is any shortcode which will fetch the current products permalink when users opens this pop up.

Thanks for your reply. You can see the below image which is showing the product loop on the category page of my site. I want to call an aditional onclick functiona on this share node icon. So that my system understands on which products share button user has clicked. So let me know how to add an attribute of onclick function to this share nodes.
