While doing the troubleshooting I narrowed down to a potential issue that is causing the problem. A conflict on the front end of your site has prevented the preview from loading on browser console I saw few error message related with minification. I went ahead and disabled the JS and CSS minification, doing that Cornerstone is loading properly absolutely fine. Please see screenshot. https://www.screencast.com/t/OxJRNo3L
