Only show specific posts on blog

I am using ETHOS to display my blog. I am using X for a regular website, and the blog as separate page. However, I am also using Essential Grid to display a bunch of grids on my site. I am using posts to display the grid content. So now my blog is filled with all the posts I created for the grids. Is there a way to control which posts show on my blog using categories?

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in!
Please refer to this documentation for possible solution. https://www.themepunch.com/essgrid-doc/post-options-overview/
The feature you have looking for doesn’t offered by X how ever you can check Ess. grid documentation to get help.

Thanks
