You can use Advanced Floating Content to display Chat that sticks on the screen and is visible all the time.

You can also take a look at Tawk.To Live Chat plugin to have chat functionality on the website.

I installed the tawkto plugin. It is OK but I cannot customized and it is showing their brand name. It costs 9$ per month to remove the brand name.
Do you know other options?
