There’s no option in our theme to display the content horizontally on a one-pager and this would require customization. Regretfully, customization is outside the scope of our theme support. You may seek third-party developers or you can avail One to help you with the customization.

One page navigation has the default vertical scrolling options, and regretfully there is no such option to make that scroll horizontal. And that is why my colleague referred that as customization work.

On the other hand, you can try the free plugin from WordPress repository which may help you to achieve what you are expecting: https://wordpress.org/plugins/page-scroll-to-id/
