One user cannot save

I have a website running Pro with several users accessing it. One of those users gets the “uh oh content cannot be saved” message every time she tries to save. The theme, WordPress, and all plugins are up to date. The user is using Chrome, which is the same browser being used by others. She’s on a Mac, but so are a few of the other users. What else can I check?

Thanks for writing in! Is you users working on the page at the same time? Please allow only one user working at a page one at a time. If only a certain user is not able to save it, he/she probably inserted a broken html or code in one of the elements which is the usual cause where you cannot save a page. Some other times, that certain user has a browser extension installed that creates a conflict with the builder.

To better assist you with your issue, kindly provide us access to your site of that particular user so that we can check your settings and investigate the issue. Please create a secure note with the following info:

Hi,
There is only one user working on the page. I’ve asked the user to let me know more info about her browser and extensions. It turns out she was using a PC, however, not a Mac.

I will send a secure not with the login info.

I logged in to your site and edited a page and it did save successfully. Would you mind providing the exact page your user is editing?
