One subscription not available

Hi

My one subscription payment is due out today (25 May) but has meant I can’t access ‘one’ through my account.

I had access yesterday OK.

Thanks for reaching out!

There’s a slight gap between the end of the subscription period, and the renewal payment, which is why it’s no longer showing on your account, but that it will be restored once the payment goes through today.
