One sidebar overrides all others

We’ve seen that one of our custom sidebar keeps overriding all others on blog posts which should have a different sidebar depending on the category the post is in. We’ve manually assigned the sidebars according to post categories, but that didn’t stop the one “rogue” sidebar to be viewed on all of them.

For example, this post falls under the “Postpartum” category, but in the sidebar you’ll only see posts from the “#boobertruths” category (like any other post you might choose to view).

Any ideas as to what might be the cause?

Hey @INcroatia,

This could be caused by custom code or a 3rd party plugin. Please confirm that you have done the troubleshooting steps to ensure that the issue is no coming from our theme.

Once you’ve deactivate all 3rd party plugins and switched to the parent theme and the issue persists, please copy your site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot without the risk of breaking your live site. Please then give us the same credentials as your live site.
