One section desappears

Hi how are you?? I’m having a problem with one section of one page. I have created two different sections almost the same. Both contain a form and one section is to be seen from 767px below and the other one the opposite. I selected the simbols in the “customize” tab but when I see the page saved I can’t see any section on my mobile.

What is happening??

This is the url:

https://congresoneumopediatria.com/xli-reunion-de-la-sociedad-espanola-de-neumologia-pediatrica/

The section is the last one. The one with the form with the title: “Inscribete a la reunion!”

Thanks!

Hi there,

There are several sections on the page that are set to be hidden on mobile and perhaps some of those sections are the sections you are referring to.

You may try to switch the view in Cornerstone to mobile so that the sections will be visible in the editor and you should be able to access them.

If you are still not able to see the section kindly let us know which section specifically so that we can check.

Thank you.

Hi!! I know where can i check it. The thing is everything seems correct but is not showing this particulary section:

Check the video.

Thanks!

Hi @SENP_Congreso,

Thank you for the screencast, but its kind of confusing for us to inspect your page because of the way you structure the section, would you mind adding an ID inscribete-desktop to the “Inscribete a la reunion!” section for desktop and ID inscribete-mobile to the section that is for mobile? So we can easily identify which is which?

One thing I notice though is on your last section, you hide the Row (container) on xs screen, you won’t be able to see your content with that, even if your section is visible.

Cheers!

Hi!! The problem was that. The row was disabled on xs…Thanks a lot!!

The thing is cornerstone is not working 100% fluyd and that is why this happened. The problem I have is if you for example are in a section, inside the cusomize tab and then change something then you select other section or a row or whatever and sometimes doesn’t change. But you think it did because you select other one, so if you change something, you actually are changing it in the first section you changed before. Am I explaining myself?? So all the time when I change something, before I go to other part I select two or three different things for cornerstone to be sure is it selecting the one I want.

Sooo many time lost…

But thanks anyway for helping me!!

You’re welcome.

I’m not sure I understand what you mean by 100% fluid but you can hover over the structural (section, row, column) elements to see if you’re editing the correct element in a section because the structural element would be highlighted.

Thanks.
