One Page sticks with no smooth scroll

Hi, looking for help with the way my one page scrolls. I don’t have smooth scroll turned on but when you first arrive at the page and try to scroll down you need to scroll the mouse several times because it seems to stick. I can see this is where the top menu disappears and then you need to scroll again.

The site is: www.transmution.com

All I want is to be able to scroll without any “joltiness”

I’ve made a screencast to show the issue.

Thanks for your help.

Hi,

To fix it, you can try adding this in X > Launch > Options > CSS

body {
   overflow:hidden;
}

Hope that helps.
