One Page navigation - link to scroll down page

I can not find the following Customize area to define an ID for scrolling directly to that position.

My screen looks like this:

I can not setup and define the ID.

Can you please advice?

Hi Güldem,

On Preferences > Control Navigation, can you check if Inline is selected?

You can see that popup if you will click the icon above Save button.
