One page navigation and envira pagination

good afternoon,

I have a problem with the “envira” page and my one page navigation.

The problem is that the send page refreshes the web, but does not take the anchor and does not return to the position where the gallery is.

URL gallery (one page navigation): https://www.dominio.es/#formacion-disruptiva
URL refresh pagination: https://www.dominio.es/page/2/?envira_id=127

The url correct:
https://www.dominio.es/page/2/?envira_id=127#formacion-disruptiva
or
https://www.dominio.es/page/2/?envira_id=127#envira-gallery-wrap-127 (with id gallery to the end)

Thank you for writing in, your site seems to be down at the moment. Please check.


In the meantime, please testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Please double check credentials. It is incorrect. It says unknown username.

My apologies but I tried the credentials you have provided but they still do not work.

I don’t know why there were blank spaces in the password. Now it should work

Thanks for updating the credentials. I logged in and saw that you’re already using the correct setting so this must be a bug with the Pagination Addon of Envira Gallery.

We’re sorry for the back and forth here and in the end, we don’t have the resolution. We should have referred you to Envira Gallery support as the Pagination Addon is not included in our bundled Envira Gallery plugin. You’re using the standalone version, therefore, you can get direct support from Envira Gallery creators which is much better because it is their product. We also can’t help you with this as it is not a part of the bundle.
