One Page Nav Bar overlapping my Main Navigation Sub Menu

I’m using X Pro, When I mouseover my Main Nav, the sub menu is below the One Page Menu.

This is how I created the header and the one page navigation menu

Please change the z-index of your second bar to 9998.
