One page always returns with “Uh Oh content failed to save”

On https://boggom.co.za (just the “Hoof blad” main page), I keep getting the error “Uh Oh content failed to save".

I have gone through the steps to increase memory limits and scripts timeouts in PHP, went to X, Settings, System and cleared the style cache. Also cleared all other caches (I’m Using WP Rocket, paid version).

I suspect the error would be in the very last section on the page (Section 15). I was trying to load The Grid, or failing that - Post Tiles in the specific section when the error started occurring.

I will provide a secure note with my login details.

Hello @adsparksa,

Thanks for writing to us.

I tried to access your site, it seems that your site is down at the moment. I would request you fix the issue so that we can access your site. It might be the issue of any plugin conflict or version compatibility issue. I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

  1. Testing For Theme Related Issue
  2. Testing For Plugin Conflict
  3. Theme Update
  4. Child Theme
  5. Css/Js Customization
  6. Increasing Php Memory Limit
  7. Disabling Cache
  8. Disabling Cdn
  9. Permalinks
  10. Version Compatibility

If none of those work, It would be best if you could copying your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
  • FTP Details

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

Thanks
