One ID link doesn't work on One Page Navigation Menu

Hi the team,

I can’t figure out this issue that needs your help. The One Page Navigation menu works fine on desktop and ipad but not on mobile screen when using navigation modal menu. It only doesn’t work with Works ID. I used IDs and custom link in the primary menu. When checking the menu on mobile screen, The link seems not there to go to Works page. It doesn’t move anywhere. However, in the desktop, the menu works perfectly.

From my research in the forum, it seems problems linked with JS but I don’t have any customise JS in the website.

Thanks for reaching out.
Sometimes the section with the specific ID is hidden in the mobile devices using the Hide During Breakpoints* option, and the other section visible does not have that ID. I would suggest you check the possibility once. If that is not the case, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– Specific Page where you are having this issue.
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
