Hi There,

Thank you for writing in, but I can not access your site, it tries to make me download something. Every time I access the site, it shows a download prompt. Please contact your hosting, it could be misconfigutation.

Regarding the Content Area Modal issue, please audit all your page contents, and make sure there is no unclosed HTML tags.

Hi

thank you for your help…I have contacted them and the log in is now fine…

I have looked for unclosed tags… so at the end I just duplicated one of the areas that is working and changed the text…but it is still not working…

Hi There @Giusi_P

Upon checking your HTML tags on your content, I see there are closing tags without opening tags (span and p tags).

Example:

You need to carefully review them and clear those issues, and then re-test your page URL by clearing your page cache.
