Once again, site won't validate

This is happening so many time.

Site was turned over to client some time ago, they said they would handle updates. So the version got out quite out of date with their negligence, then suddenly the validation went away (was validated). However, trying to revalidate it says being used by another site (it is not).

I’ve manually updated newest version x via FTP, but no joy.

Please help, credentials attached.

I can see your admin panel showing broken. This may be due to an incompatible version of the theme and cornerstone.

You have updated the theme manualy but not the cornerstone. Please check these points first.

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.

  2. Clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.

  3. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

  4. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  5. Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.

  6. Reset your htaccess file by renaming it to .htaccess-bak. Then in WP Admin Menu, go to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button.

After done this please revalidate your site, if that doesn’t help please let us know we would look on to it.

I have tried all of the above, and still no joy. HOwever, after manually updating cornerstone the admin panel is no longer broken, but I am still getting the same message : We’ve checked your code, but it doesn’t appear to be a valid license. Please double check the code and try again

I can see the license code you have given pointing to the different site.
The domain is not pointing to any of your licenses. Please very fy and reassign a license to the site so that it would validate.
