Old Templete Defaults?

I’ve updated our site with X but I’m still seeing an old header from the old theme. I’ve gone as far as deleting the old theme and changing all of the settings in Theme Options and also under Appearances, but I can’t access it. It’s like a header above the header that I created. It also has an old link I need to remove. Help!

To better help you with your issue, we need to check the backend settings. To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Regretfully the given credentials do not work for us. It seems that the password is incorrect.

I’ve updated the password. Give it try now.

I figured it out. The old site had a top bar plugin installed. I removed it and it’s all good now.
