I have an old site with X theme and a child theme. I keep getting critical errors and I think it is realted to the x-shortcodes plugin. But if I remove that plugin all my theme styling goes too - no header or footer. Can you help? The site is janemoss.com
I have just managed to update wordpress (becuase of the vulnerability) but have had to leave the themes and x - shortcodes in order for the front end to look ok. I can’t currently go to the themes page in the back end as it shows a critical error.
Is there some way to update this site withough losing the header and footter please?
