Old Elements Templates not working

ContactForm7 v6.2.2

I made numerous Custom Element Templates years ago. When I try to use these Custom Elements today by dragging and dropping them next to a similar Custom Element or into my Classic Column, I see a blue 3D cube that won’t drop or add anywhere. Pressing the + button on the Custom Element Templates doesn’t work either. In contrast, standard elements can be dropped.

Why can’t I use my Custom Element anymore, and how can I use it now?

Which PRO version do I need to roll back to in order to use my Custom Element?

I would suggest you please use your custom element in the latest version of Row and column instead of the classic column.

Thank you! I have some Class and Inline CSS in my Classic Row and Classic Column. Where do I enter this Inline CSS in the latest version of Row and Column?

• Classic Row.
  Inline CSS: max-width: 1024px

• Classic Column.
  Class: one-one
  Inline CSS: height: 512px;

Hello @VGonzaloMartinez,

You can set the height and width from the element settings.

If you want to add a custom class, go to the Customize tab -> Class. You can click on the element CSS to add the inline style code.
