Hey @duprex,
There’s currently not enough information in your post for us to be able to know the exact cause of your issue.
Also, only the Description tab can be edited using Cornerstone even since the beginning. Are you referring to the Description tab? As far as I could currently tell, you’re using customized tabs probably by using a 3rd party plugin or custom code in your child theme.
With that said, please first do the following and tell us the result of each step.
- Testing For Theme Related Issue
- Testing For Plugin Conflict
- Child Theme
- Version Compatibility
In summary, if you switch to the parent X theme and deactivate all plugins except Cornerstone and WooCommerce and the issue is fixed, the issue is coming from either your child theme or caused by a 3rd party plugin. If this is the case, you should consult with the plugin author or a 3rd party developer.
If everything is up to date and using the parent theme with only Cornerstone and WooCommerce is active and the issue persists, please give us the following info in a Secure Note
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin username and password
You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.
Thanks.
