Old content showing up until Cornerstone saved

Hi there,

We’re using Cornerstone in our WooCommerce products and something odd happens — the products have begun reverting to old content, for example on this page:

What’s interesting is that when we try to edit the page in Cornerstone, the Cornerstone content is still there. When we save the page in Cornerstone, without making any changes, the old content disappears and the page again looks like it should.

Do you have any ideas what might be causing this, or, failing that, know of a way that we can effectively save Cornerstone on all the products at once (that use it)?

UPDATE: It looks like this was caused by one of our plugins which brought in old content data.

What I’m curious about now, then, is where the Cornerstone data is being stored, and if we can programmatically bring it back without needing to go through all of the products and save them manually.

Hi there,

Not sure why this is happening but I suggest that you backup your website and use the plugin below to remove all transients of your database which may cause this issue:

It will not remove the data, it will remove the cached stuff in the database which may be the problem cause for your case.

To make sure you will have no data loss it is recommended that you have a complete backup of your website and do the clean up to see if it fixes the issue you are experiencing.
