Woocommerce keeps me warning to update cart-empty.php for the latest.
Other template are the updated but cart-empty.php.
Is there any issue to keep old one or do I have to do something?
No issue with the old one. I think Themeco might be updating the themes this week and I hope it includes updated templates. 
They’re aware and it will be fixed in the next release which will be out soon.
Any news about this? On my test site everything is fine, but on my live site i get the warning about outdated cart-empty.php too…
