Olark Policy Update

Is there a code you can offer us for a discount on paid services? My client is using the free version of this plugin which no longer offers support as of March 12, 2020 Subject: Policy update: Olark is discontinuing chat support to free customers.

For this reason, I have mentioned to my client using free plugins is not something I would ever suggest but this one is different because it is an extension of the X Theme. And, it is for this reason, I am making an attempt to get them a discount since they will now have to pay for this item that use to be free (they have been using it since 2015).

I am sure you are aware of their policy change and I may not be the only one asking for some assistance with this. Any feedback would be helpful.

Please kindly consider that our Olark integration plugin is indeed only for the integration of the Olark chat that you would sign up and create on the Olark website. If they decide to stop their free service we do not have any power over that decision as our plugin only integrates the chat feature with WordPress.
