Olark Chat Not Appearing

Hi, I just saw my Olark chat working yesterday but I don’t see it today.

How can I fix this? I already checked the Site ID is correct. Can someone help maybe I’m missing something? (FYI) I had a previous support ticket asking to disable the code on my landing page: http://deafboss.com/deaf-opportunity/ which i was given the code for that and input it in my css (but I did this over a month ago and it was working well for a while after)

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your other thread and the given css in that thread is the reason why olark is not showing on this page: http://deafboss.com/deaf-opportunity/

I am now confused because in your other thread you asked this:

How do I apply it to my landing page http://deafboss.com/deaf-opportunity/ (which is a page that is not connected to any of my menu or submenu options) ?

So @Darshana gave you a custom css to hide it. If you remove the css code, it will show the Olark button.

Please let us know how it goes.
