Olark API access

I want to utilize the Olark API to customize the plugin further than their global styles allow on Olark.com. This would usually be under Olark’s settings page, but the Themeco version of this plugin does not offer the same settings. How can I utilize the API?

FYI: I tried using Global JS in Theme Options, but that only seems to affect the live chat on my home page.
