Off Canvas Scroll - works with mouse but not with touch

I am working on an off canvas element that is longer than typical browser height and so it needs to scroll. On a desktop or tablet with a mouse it scrolls down without issue. However on a tablet or phone using touch it will not scroll - the underlying web site content scrolls instead. Here is the site brr.cotamtb.com the donation button at the bottom triggers the off canvas element.

You need to disable the Body Scroll attribute to stop Body Content scrolling.
