Off Canvas Particle Issue

I’m having trouble getting the particle to draw the line on the right side of the menu item. When I choose the location as right, I would expect it to show up vertically along the right side of the link. I’ve attached a photo showing what I would like it to do. Currently, it just hovers over the middle of the link. Does anyone have any clue if I’m doing it wrong or is there some issue with the theme?

To resolve your issue, the position of the particle should be to the right and the placement should be inside.
