Off Canvas Navigation + Scrolling Issue

Ok, I’m having two issues with a site.

1. The off canvas navigation toggle, does not open the menu when clicked. I was told before that this was because the page hadn’t fully loaded yet, but after testing it for some time, I’m certain something else is going on.

and

2. The website scrolling is strange. It seems to get stuck frequently.

I have tested for plugin conflicts, and tested in different browsers across different devices, and both issues persist. I have about 30 other websites, and have never experienced this before.

I tried to check your off canvas navigation toggle and it is just working fine on my end. If it doesn’t work on your end, I suggest that you clear your browser cache or use incognito mode.

On the other hand, the issue with the scrolling has something to do with your footer builder. I suggest that you set the bar height to auto.

Hi Marc, thanks for the footer tip, that fixed the issue perfectly.

The off canvas issue still persists. It’s not caching, and it’s the same on chrome and safari on both mobile and desktop. Based on your screenshot, this was on a secondary page. There is like a short delay on those ones, where if I click it 4 or 5 times it eventually works. The real problem is the one on the homepage header. Doesn’t want to work at all.

I was able to open your off-canvas toggle on the homepage without any issues. That being said, I suggest that you use incognito mode while accessing your website.

Strange. I don’t know, I still can’t get it to work right away in any browser, any device, incognito or not incognito…

This could be something wrong with your connection because it was working properly on my end! I suggest that you try to change your connection.
