Off-canvas modal not displaying content

Hi there. I am using an off-canvas modal that displays content correctly in the page builder, but content does not show on the webpage. I don’t see why. Please advise. Thanks!

I went ahead and checked your site. It seems that there is an issue with the custom HTML content that you have added to the content box. I have added text and tested it seems that it working fine. I would suggest you please check the HTML markup that you have added in the modal content.

Sorry that I didn’t try that myself before writing to you. Anyway, it appears that this link:

The strange thing is that if I replace “https://youtu.be/i74RzNVCUgw” with “https://bit.ly/3v0Dayr” (the bit.ly short url leading to the same original link) then everything is fine. How does that make sense?

I get it if you don’t want to pursue this any further, so thanks for helping out.

I suspect there’s a broken HTML code that’s why it is not working in the modal. Theoretically, the link will not have any problem as long as it was added properly to your website.
