Off Canvas Menu Responsiveness

Hi there,

Why my off canvas menu (contact menu) is considerably slower to open compare to my superfly menu (burger menu)? Is there a way to make it open faster/smoother?

Hey Simon,

You can decrease the Transition of the Off Canvas or set it to 0 for no transition.

Hi Christian,

I changed the duration to 0, but it is still not working.
The toggle response well in desktop, the only problem is when I use my phone, the toggle is not really response as quick as superfly menu toggle. (about 300~500ms delay)

Hi Simon,

I have checked your website and found that the Off Canvas is opening much faster and smoother. If you are still having this issue, I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache and in incognito/private mode of the browser.

Hi ,

I had uploaded a video comparison on URL below:

Cornerstone vs Superfly -

As seen in the videos, the off canvas from Cornerstone is far slower than Superfly menu.

I am reluctant to use the Superfly menu because it is more difficult to style and also I wanted to hide the menu on certain page. Off canvas from Cornerstone allowed me to do that easily but the responsiveness in mobile is not on par compared to most mobile menu I have seen.

Advise on how to improve the responsiveness of the off canvas menu would be much appreciated.

Hi Simon,

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do with it, it seems the type of the phone use is involve, because on (Android Phone) there is no delay.
