I’m using the Off Canvas Content element on may of my pages, and utilize the following code to insert contact type information that includes files for review and download.
For posterity, the code works perfectly in a normal Text element.
<!--ytc forms HEADER-->
<span class="cntch"><i class="fal fa-toggle-off fa-1x fa-stack"></i>forms</span>
<cntcbody>
<!--form-->
<span class="cntcl "><i class="fal fa-cloud-download-alt fa-2x fa-stack"></i>form</span>
<span class="cntcr"> <a class="link-lightbox" href="http://###.dev/wp-content/uploads/pdf/form.pdf" title="open pdf">[lightbox selector=".link-lightbox"]parental perfmission</a></span>
<span class="cntcl "><i class="fal fa-cloud-download-alt fa-2x fa-stack"></i>form</span>
<span class="cntcr"> <a class="link-lightbox" href="http://###.dev/wp-content/uploads/pdf/form.pdf" title="open pdf">[lightbox selector=".link-lightbox"]sponsorship program</a></span>
</cntcbody>
What happens?
When clicking on the link in a normal Text element, the PDF is opened in iLightbox and displays the PDF correctly.
When clicking on the link in the Off Canvas Content element, iLightbox pops up, but it is under the Off Canvas Content overlay and does not load the PDF.
##Notes
- I am working on a localhost and cannot share a link or provide access.
- The site and all relevant plugins are updated to the latest version, except for MEC, which is pending an update from Themeco to the latest.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Thank you!
