Odd Image Toggle Issue

After a recent update my image toggles are not displaying on the front end.

I can see them in Cornerstone and when I am logged in, but recently they stopped displaying on the live site.

I can’t find any issues that would cause these not to be loading in, and I tried a bunch of troubleshooting, including replacing the image looper with a static image with the same result. Really odd.

Could you perhaps take a look and see what is up?

Could I get a reply today perhaps?

Hello @kickinrad,

Thanks for writing to us.

I tried to access your site dashboard but it requires the authentication code to access the site dashboard. I would suggest you please disable the security plugin so that we can check it on our end.

Thanks

Awww, my apologies, I thought it had been disabled or set to a grace period.

Please try again now and it should have been addressed.

I am a bit bummed this clients page has had this issue for several days now, so a prompt solution would be very much appreciated.

Hello @kickinrad,

It seems that it is an issue with the cache I would suggest you please purge all the cache from the Speed Optimizer cache plugin and temporarily deactivate the cache plugin. Now you need to clear your browser cache and recheck it.

Thanks

Hmmm, I did attempt all of that before posting. I have now tried again with no luck, I have also checked on a few different devices and it is not loading anywhere.

I am really confused by this issue and would to get it figured out ASAP.

Hello @kickinrad,

I checked your site it seems that it is working fine on my end. I have tested it on the Google Chrome browser version 119.0.6045.199. I would suggest you please deactivate the cache plugins and check it in the private mode of the browser.

Thanks

I am not sure what you are doing to get it working. You have disabled some things in browser? I notice my font was also not rendering? Doesn’t seem like productive troubleshooting to me.

I was able to fix it by turning off JavaScript deferment in SiteGround settings. I have this setting on with every other site to speed things up. Why would it suddenly break this one section of one page? Very disappointing that this functionality is not working and it couldn’t have been discovered more easily.

Not sure I will continue to use this product between this level of support and other recent issues. Very sad to me because I have loved this product and built my business around it over last seven years.

Hey @kickinrad,

I am another staff checking in. I used MS Edge and I did not disable anything on my browser. The image in the modal displays as soon as I click on the image in the slider.

Please try to use another browser or private browsing mode and then test the page again.

Kindly let us know how it goes.
