Hi – I have an odd character appearing in the header menu when viewing on my ipad. This just started today and there havent been any changes made to the site except adding a social link. Im attaching a photo that shows the “dropdown menu character” appearing – but there is no menu item there. Please help with this as it is affecting the site and I have not been able to find what is causing this issue. I am also sending a secure note with login credentials. Again, this is only appearing when i view on the ipad.

I just checked it and I don’t see a drop-down icon on my iPad. Perhaps it’s your browser cache? Please clean them and test it again.

Hi. I have cleared cache completely and it still shows. I am at a loss on this. This only shows up on the landscape view.
I’ve also tested this on another iPad and it appears the same. I’ve updated all the software on the iPad and all of the plugins are up to date as well. Since I don’t have any drop downs at all, is there code to hide drop downs that may work?
hi – I went in and added a “#” to the url link in the menu for the telephone number that is below the drop down arrow I showed you. That removed the drop down arrow from my ipad view. What is odd here is I shouldnt have to do that as I have had it empty and it has been working fine. But for now if this works I am good. I apologize for all the replies – I am not sure how to just edit one where it doesnt seem like I am asking constantly. I do appreciate your tech support greatly!

We’re glad you were able to figure out a way to resolve the issue. Just keep in mind that when adding a menu item with a blank link, it should be safer to put # in the href field than left it blank.
