*** Per your email announcement, we updated to the latest X-theme. Now our WP Bakery elements are lost. Can we get some answers to why / when / and how we are going to get this resolved? (ASAP - Customer is SCREAMING right now).

COMMENT from WP Bakery author: "The issue is because the older visual composer (now WPBakery Page Builder) is modified by the X-theme author by customizing the existing elements and adding the new one’s. Now when you update it, the customization made by the X-theme author is lost which causes the issue. You can check it with the X-Theme author if there is any way to preserve the customization done by him with the latest version, so that such an issue can be avoided at your end.

It had a big video on the top, with an icegram popup menu. Parallax all the way throughout.
***ISSUE RESOLVED:
Went to WP Bakery Page Builder > General Settings and checked the Legacy X Integration option and it worked!
