Numerous bizarre problems — Woocommerce, Cornerstone, etc

Hello,

I’ve just launched a new site for a client and shortly after launch several problems appeared —

— Woocommerce add to cart goes to a white screen
— one-page navigation on home page no longer works (except on Safari)
— editing a page in Cornerstone shows NOTHING in the inspector except the Section/Setup/Design/Customize bar (see attached image)
— Firefox doesn’t even see the site — it just goes to a blank screen — but it appears in Chrome, Safari

The site was working fine just a couple of days ago. I’ve tried restoring to a backup from that day and it still doesn’t work.

I will send temp login info next.

I should mention that I already tried turning off all but the essential plugins (Cornerstone, Woocommerce, etc) and that didn’t help.

Hello There,

I have investigated your issue and I found out that all of this issues started when you inserted this line in the index.php in your root directory.

I would highly recommend #4 from the link. It is easy and no coding or file editing is required.
