Is there any way to show the number of items that are in the cart? For example:

Thanks for writing in!

By default, you can enable the cart menu in Pro > {Launch} > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Navbar Menu. Once enabled, you will have the option to style it adding the color, background colors, cart info, style, layout and more.

if you are using a custom header, you can always insert and make use of the cart dropdown element, modal or off canvas.
