Null error because of JS

Hello,

I´m getting a null error on every page of a clients website:

It seems to be a theme problem.

Any idea how I can fix that?

best regards,

Nik

Hi Nik,

Thanks for reaching out.
It doesn’t seem to be an issue with the theme. However, to confirm, could you please activate one of the default WordPress themes and check if the problem still persists?
If the issue doesn’t occur with the default theme, then it’s might be related to the current theme or any plugin, and we’ll need to investigate further.

Also, I would request that you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Created a secure note.

Already tried to desable all plugins so I guess it must be a theme error.

There error line is always: <script type=“text/javascript” id=“x-site-js-extra”

Best regards,

Nik

Hi Nik,

I have checked your website and found that you are using the older version of Pro, i.e., 6.7.4. I would suggest you update it to the latest, i.e., 6.7.6, and check if that resolves your problem. Also, if you have already checked by activating the default theme, please copy your live site to a staging server so we can troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access to the secure note, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
