Not showing my posts in Themeco Forum

I have submitted a post in the Themeco Forum but it is not showing when I log in and click on Topics.
The post is entitled " Ultimate Member Sends Out Wrong Form", It is found at the url: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/ultimate-member-sends-out-wrong-form/#post-13765048

Any help would be appreciated

However, I would like this to be visible on the Forum so maybe someone can give me information to help me resolve the problem. So far I have not received any insight into this problem. I cannot publish my new website until this is resolved. Is it possible for you to take a look?
