Not showing categories in the Grid

Hi, i got issue that these categories foto below, not showing after i activate POLYLANG plugin. Could you help me how to fix it?

Regretfully, we do not provide support for 3rd party plugins. Please contact the Polylang plugin support for this conflict. They will need to show proof that The Grid plugin is the one having a problem so we can report it to the The Grid author.

Using Elementor everything ok, so why we need to buy Theme-X pro theme if you not try to help? thanks for nothing.

This is an issue with the Polylang with the WooCommerce categories which you mentioned in your earlier post. And as per our Support Policy, we only support any issues that are related to our theme and extensions.

I would request you the same, to contact support of Ploylang plugin on this.
