Not seeing remove spacing menu item when section is clicked

Hello Ajay,

The video tutorial is using an older version of the theme. You can manage the element by clicking on the element and find the Gear icon on the right panel.

I still dont see remove spacing in gear icon. Has this been removed? if not how can i enable “remove spacing in one click”?
