i have the lastest version of xtheme installed, but it is not responsive to mobile. It shows the demo content.

Can you help me out?

Thanks for asking.

I most likely because some Rows in demo contents are setup to be visible only on mobile devices. This issue has already been covered in past. I request you to please take a look at following thread for solution.
