Not receiving email from Contact Form 7

Hi. I am using Contact Form 7 v4.9. It appears to be working from the user’s perspective (It says the email was sent), but we never get an email. I’ve tried 3 different email addresses and no luck. It’s on this page:

Actually, it’s working to two emails accounts, but not to two others. The one I want it to go to is not working. Also, I see lots of complaints online about Contact Form 7 not sending emails properly. Perhaps you have a solution. But if not, is there an alternative you can recommend? Thanks.

Thanks for writing in! I have investigated your contact form. I added additional header like BCC my email address and did some test email with the form. I have successfully received the email. You can check out here: http://prntscr.com/gr2ycc

I think the primary email you have set being sent to (xxxx@icloud.com) (http://prntscr.com/gr2z3b) is not correct or receiving the email as spam. Please try to use other emails and check how to prevent from being flag as spam. For more information, please check this out:

The iCloud.com email is correct and that one receives the emails fine. The one that does not receive the emails is pr****@cgtv.us and that’s the one we really need it to work with. I just changed the form back to send to that one. Also, can you please tell me how to add a CC or BCC to the email form?

Hi There,

If you’re receiving emails to the other email, that means your contact form is working fine. You need to check SPAM settings on the other email or check the SPAM folder to see if there are any emails.
