Not opening properly on Mobile Devices

We have had 2 clients this week say that they cannot open their pdf sale catalog on their phone. Some phones can open the pdfs normally, but some are seeing an error, and the clients want it to function for everyone.

I know there are a lot of variables in this, but for sure before this week, no one ever had this issue, and now we have had 2 clients mention it this week?

I checked your given site URL it seems that the PDF is opening fine on the mobile device on my end. I have tested it on my Android phone on Chrome browser version 108.0.5359.128. I would suggest you please clear your browser cache and then check it again. If the issue still persists please let us know the browser and its version and I would request you please share a video so that we can check it on our end.

They seem to still be having issues. The entire page for the sales won’t open for them not just the PDF.

They are currently using: iPhone 13 Pro Max, Safari, updated to the newest software version 16.1.

And this is the screen that they keep seeing.

I’d guess it would be issuu. It’s a making a ton of tracking requests and because of the origin policy on this page a good amount fail. This might cause a loop and might also be too much for Safari to handle if other mobile browsers are fine. If I use ad-block on my iphone the page runs fine, but without it I run into the same error you have posted.
